Arriving in Triathlon from a non-swimming background can be a tough place to find yourself.  Wondering why your strong aerobic fitness is not paying off in the pool?  We use the proven 'Swim Smooth' technique, drills and coaching methods that will soon see you making gains in the water

Bike

Anyone can ride a bike, right?  Maybe so but racing a bike is a different matter entirely, this requires a focussed training programme that is closely aligned to the specifics of the courses you will be riding. Whether it's draft legal or not, sprint to long distance, conditioning and specificity are key

Whether you are starting out or aiming to smash you PB, have your running style properly analysed and put the focus on optimal technique. Then we will build your endurance, strength and speed on a firm foundation.  From couch to 5km right up to Marathon, we have a proven record of success
